Students studying Macbeth for English Literature GCSE will need to know to the play really well. One way that students revising for their GCSE exams can memorise quotes is by spending time studying each one – what better (and more fun) way of that than a bit of colouring in?! This set of Macbeth quotes colouring pages contains 32 quotes from the play.
Teachers – use this activity as part of your existing Macbeth unit, give your classes a revision break and let them colour in some quotes as your read. Then display them prominently in your classroom and use as a visual cue to remember key ideas and key lines.
Parents – these quotes are the perfect way for your students to begin revising Shakespeare while they are studying. They could colour the quotes in as they read the scenes in school and then put them up around their bedroom to learn them!
